Orders will ship between 3 - 5 business days from when the order was placed. During the summer months, orders will only ship on Mondays to mitigate the risk of the candles melting during shipping.

I use recycled packaging. Any packing peanuts used are cornstarch based and dissolve in water or can be composted. Check with your local composting service or guidelines before placing in your compost.

With proper candle care, the 8.5 oz candles can burn for up to 50 hours. The 3.5oz candles can burn for up to 20 hours.

Unfortunately not. There's a very small amount of beeswax in the candle wick.

No, there is no paraffin wax used in any Yes& Candle.

Yes! 100% soy wax doesn't always result in what we like to call "smooth tops" in candle making. An uneven texture on the top or frosting is okay and is indicative of a 100% soy wax candle. It'll still burn just the same as a candle with a smooth top.

Yes! Sometimes, especially in warmer temperatures, the soy wax I use will sweat a little. Use a paper towel to absorb it before lighting, then burn as usual.
